Binghamton University is providing the selected international students with $30,000 per year to support their study costs in the form of a full tuition fee waiver.

have undergone the admissions process.

submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
TOEFL – 80 to 95
IELTS – 6.5 to 7.0
Duolingo – 110 to 120
Benefits
Twenty incoming first-year students receive a scholarship of $10,000 per year for up to four years of study, so long as the scholarship recipient maintains a specified GPA.
Five incoming first-year students will receive a scholarship up to the in-state full cost of attendance (approximately $30,000) per year for up to four years of undergraduate study, so long as the scholarship recipient maintains a specified GPA.
