Applications are officially open for the TTS Nigeria Programme 2026, a joint initiative by Tech4Dev and the Mastercard Foundation.
TTS Nigeria Program is helping women aged 18–35 in Lagos State develop industry-relevant skills and prepare for pathways into tech-enabled employment. That includes opportunities across business support, customer-facing roles, marketing, technology, operations, and other functions where digital skills and workplace capability matter.

Eligible Countries
Scholarship Requirements
To be considered for the TTS Nigeria Program, applicants must satisfy the following criteria:
Be a Nigerian woman aged 18–35
Be interested in building a professional career
Have an interest in tech skills
Be willing to complete the required training
Want to develop workplace and digital skills
Women from rural and semi-urban communities, women living with disabilities, internally displaced women, and nursing mothers are encouraged to apply.
