How to post a scholarship

Scholarship Region allows organizations or philanthropists to post and manage scholarship opportunities on the platform. By posting your scholarship, you will reach millions of qualified scholars around the world, collect applications, review submissions efficiently, and select winners transparently from a single dashboard. Listing your scholarship on the platform is very straightforward with these steps: Step one: Create an Organization account Creating an Organization account is free, easy, and can be done in a few minutes. All you need to do is click on ‘Get started’ on the menu, select ‘Organization’ on the sign-up page, and fill in your Organization name, Country, Official email, Organization type and password. You can create your account here . Click on ‘Create an account’ and then verify your email. Once your email is verified, your account has been created successfully. Step two: Start creating your scholarship After signing in to the platform, navigate to the ‘Scholarship’ section in the menu and click on ‘Create Scholarship’. Step three: Complete the scholarship details Fill in all the scholarship details, including the title of the scholarship, a brief description, a banner image, its closing date, award type and amount, host country, eligible country and courses. On this page, you can also fill in all the detailed information about the scholarships, including the requirements, benefits, and how to apply. Step four: Select how you want to collect applications for the scholarship After filling in the details of the scholarship, you can now select if you want to collect applications for the Scholarship Region or direct interested candidates to an external link. Collect applications with External link To direct candidates to an external link, select ‘External link’ and insert the link. Then click ‘Submit’ to post the scholarship. Your scholarship has been successfully posted and will be sent for verification before it goes live. You will receive an email confirmation once it is approved. To set essay questions, select ‘Essay’, add the ‘Essay title’ and set a word limit. Then click ‘Save and Continue’. Step eight: Review details and submit You have finally completed the posting and application collection process on Scholarship Region. Resources: Use this style to share any helpful resources in a community room [insert link]. Choosing the right post type helps your content reach the right audience and achieve its intended goal. How to post an article or story Creating an article or story on Scholarship Region is simple and can be done directly from the Explore feed. Sign in to access the Explore feed. You can sign in here . On the Explore page, click or tap the ‘Post’ button in the menu or click the status field at the topmost part of the page. Select the type of post you want to create. That is: Article or Story. Fill the fields with the details of your post. Click or tap ‘Post’. Once published, your content becomes visible to all users on the platform. How to ask a question from the Explore page Asking a question can be done from the Explore page in these simple steps: Sign in to access the Explore feed. You can sign in here here . On the Explore page, click or tap the ‘Post’ button in the menu or click the status field at the topmost part of the page. Select ‘Question’ as the type of post you want to create. Under Room: Select the room (or scholarship) your resource is related to. Note: If your resource is not related to any scholarship, select ‘General’. Under Description: Write a brief description of the resource you want to share and; Click or tap ‘Post Resource’. Once published, your resource becomes visible to all users on the platform. How to share a resource from the Explore page You can share resources such as past questions, study materials about a scholarship right from the explore page in these steps. Sign in to access the Explore feed. You can sign in here . On the Explore page, click or tap the ‘Post’ button in the menu or click the status field at the topmost part of the page. Select ‘Resources’ as the type of post you want to create. Under Room: Select the room (or scholarship) your resource is related to. Note: If your resource is not related to any scholarship, select ‘General’. Under Description: Write a brief description of the resource you want to share and; Click or tap ‘Post Resource’. Once published, your resource becomes visible to all users on the platform. How to share your post After publishing, you can share your post to increase its reach or boost it with promotion [insert link]. To share your post in the Scholarship Region community or externally, follow these steps: Sign in to here Navigate to ‘My Profile’ in the menu options. Under ‘Post’, you will see a list of all the posts you have made. Click on the post you want to share. Click or tap the share icon and select the share option you prefer. To share your post in a community room, select ‘Share to room’ and select the rooms you want to share it with. Note that you must be a member of the room to share in it. How to promote your posts If you want your content to reach a wider, targeted audience, you can promote any post you make on Scholarship Region.
